Welcome to the 5T Life Architecture research and application ecosystem. By accessing this website or using our diagnostic services through the 8 Strategic Gates, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms.

1. Intellectual Property (IP) Ownership

All content on this platform, including but not limited to the Human Operating System (Human OS) structure, the 5-layer model (BIOS, BOS, EOS, COS, SOS), and specifically the 28 Whitepapers identified by global DOI (Digital Object Identifier) codes, is the exclusive intellectual property of Nguyễn Ngọc Trúc and the 5T Life Architecture Institute.

• Any unauthorized copying, citing, modifying, or commercial use of our internationally protected terminology and methodology without a formal License is strictly prohibited.

• The DOI codes serve as global legal proof of the authenticity and origin of all research works within this system.

2. Scope of Use & Licensing Limits

This platform serves as a Living Lab (Field Research Lab) environment.

• Individual Users: You are granted the right to use diagnostic results (such as 3H Check, Body OS Scan) for personal life system optimization only.

• Prohibitions: Users are strictly forbidden from using 5T Life Architecture materials or processes for re-training, commercial consulting, or certifying third parties unless they hold an official Practitioner/Institutional License.

3. Ethical Breakpoints & Safety (A6)

We operate under the Ethics & Safety Framework (Whitepaper A6).

• The Institute reserves the right to terminate access or refuse service immediately if "Systemic Contamination" is detected. This includes power abuse, emotional manipulation, or intentional distortion of the system’s scientific nature.

• 5T Life Architecture is not a medical facility and does not provide clinical diagnoses or psychiatric treatment.

4. System Validation Loop (A14)

All operational processes and results are monitored by the A14 - System Validation Loop (SVL). This ensures the integrity of data and prevents any distortion of the original IP during real-world implementation.

5. Institutional Governance & Founder’s Role

In accordance with the Founder’s Constitution, the system is designed to function independently through standardized interfaces. The direct presence of the founder in daily operations is limited to maintain systemic objectivity and institutional standards.

6. Authority for Updates

Only the Core Institute holds the final authority to define, update, or remove components within the Kernel to ensure the proper evolution of the knowledge base.
